Robert Priest
Bob Priest is a 45-year commercial real estate veteran and executive at Summit Commercial Real Estate. Bob’s career has been devoted exclusively to advocating on behalf of tenants, both in downtown Washington and in all submarkets of Northern Virginia and Maryland, and around the country. His experience has focused on lease renewals/recasts, relocations, dispositions, and purchases/sales. Prior to Summit Bob was Principle of Priest-Taylor, and before a Partner at Barrueta Associates. Bob began his career with the Herman Miller Company in Michigan where he was a marketing strategist and then oversaw staff and functions for all Federal Government contracts based in Washington, DC. Bob’s DC market insight is consummate as he has written bi-annual economic analyses for over 40 years specifically addressing commercial tenant interests. Additionally, has also published articles on Office Tenant Strategies for the International Facility Managers FMJ magazine.
