Mr. Layton specializes in commercial leasing, sales, and complex real estate transactions in the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. market (DC, VA, and MD).  Because of his experience in both law and business, he brings a unique, multidisciplinary approach to a field that requires a broad range of expertise to be successful.  Mr. Layton’s clients include law firms and lobbyists, technology firms, healthcare providers, corporations, and consulting firms. 

A practicing attorney for ten years, Mr. Layton brings tenacity, zealous advocacy, and fiduciary responsibility to his real estate negotiations.   Using his legal eye, Mr. Layton drafts letter of intent and lease clauses to his client’s advantage.  And when it's time to look at the bottom line, his finance background makes these analyses both accurate and easy to understand.
