PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Since joining Summit Commercial, John D. has participated in deals involving client representation, building sales, and capital market financing. In addition, Mr. Hannon is on a team which represents District of Columbia based firms such as Furioso Development, Nattak Investments, American University, Empire Leasing, and DuPont Fabros Technology. Prior to joining Summit Commercial, Mr. Hannon worked for Wachovia Bank in the commercial strategies division, as well as Queens University of Charlotte while obtaining his MBA. Mr. Hannon offers financial expertise as well as knowledge and experience of the greater Washington DC area real estate market.
